Mary Jo Needham serves as CFO for MAA & Associates, LLC and its divisions as well as President of MAA. Ms. Needham has over twenty years of accounting experience and has been a CPA since 1986. Ms. Needham currently holds CPA licenses in Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. She also held a CPA license in Nevada. During this time, she has held various financial positions including being the Chief Financial Officer of National Development Company of Pennsylvania, Director of Operations at Propel Charter Schools, Inc., a developer and operator of charter schools in Western Pennsylvania. While in this position, Ms. Needham not only was responsible for all financial aspects of the company, but also developed all of the school sites and oversaw their construction and financing. Ms. Needham was the Chief Financial Officer of MTR Gaming, a SEC listed company that has gaming and race track interests in five states before joining Propel.
A Pittsburgh native, Ms. Needham holds degrees from both the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Nevada – Reno. She also holds a real estate license in the state of Ohio.
Alan Lincoln serves as president and CEO of MAA & Associates, LLC and its divisions. Previously, he served as Sr. Vice President of Soul Circus Inc. and President of Sheridan Broadcasting Corporation’s Radio Division, which includes 106 JAMZ WAMO, AM 860 WAMO, 107.1 WSSZ and 1510 AM WPGR, WUFO Buffalo, NY. In 2006 he served as Business Manger at Atlanta’s Musical King of Glory.
Mr. Lincoln is active in the community having served on the Board of Directors for several organizations including the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, YMCA of Pittsburgh, Propel Charter Schools and the John Christian Charity Trust Committee.
His sales and marketing experience gained Mr. Lincoln national recognition. He was listed in "Who's Who in Media and Communications" (1998-1999). In 1999, he was nominated as “General Manager of the Year” by the national trade publication Radio Ink Magazine, and in 2000 he won “General Manager of the Year” for Radio Ink Magazine. Later, in 2002 he received the National Association of Broadcasters Marconi Urban Station of the year award – the broadcasting industry’s highest award.
Miss Lombardozzi is the Director of Marketing for MAA & Associates, LLC and its divisions. She has worked the past year in marketing and graphic arts for the company.
She obtained her Bachelors Degree from Youngstown State University in Marketing and Management in the Spring of 2009.
Miss Lombardozzi has served as Assistant Volleyball Coach at Wellsville High School and Beaver Local School District and has been active in coaching volleyball for the past three years.
